Monday, December 7. (Day 74).
Reason 74: All the work gets pretty overwhelming. Especially when you’re a procrastinator and end up putting everything off until the last possible week…
Today was pretty okay. In math, I rushed to finish History homework. But now I have this huge review assignment, because I wasn’t able to do it in class. Spanish was actually fun today, but I can’t remember why. In History Coach Trentham talked forever and assigned us a brochure thing and a vocabulary sheet to do.
I about went crazy during lunch.
We didn’t even take a quiz during English (we actually had a pretty interesting class discussion), which is good, because apparently part of the quiz is showing her that I’ve kept up with my study guide. Which I haven’t. So I have like 30+ chapters worth of questions to get through tonight. In addition to that, I need to get my science notebook together, answer 7.1 questions for Science, finish the 7.1 notes, and do the lab make-up I’ve been meaning to do for the past four weeks. Which reminds me, I need to make my little cheat notecard for Exams before Thursday, when Ms. Haggard is taking up our notebooks.
Oh, and also, I need to learn how to play timpani, re-memorize all my scales, learn my Christmas concert music, do some extra credit for History so that I actually get by with a good grade, memorize all the Spanish trivia for the test Wednesday, learn the vocab words for the test Friday, and study for exams.
