Thursday, November 12. (Day 59.)
Reason 59: All the teachers just randomly decide to assign a ton of super hard homework all on the same night, which happens to be the busiest night of the week.
Today went okay. In my (honors) English class and Physics class like more than half of the people were missing because of chorus. It was weird. I have a lot of homework. Like, I shouldn’t even be online right now, because I’m going to end up being up until at least two in the morning anyways. But, hey, I get to set my own priorities, don’t I? And I decided this was at least kind of important.
Not really a lot happened today. In math we took a pop quiz and I got caught texting, but Mrs. Hawkins likes me so she didn’t take it up. In Spanish we had to make preposition flip-books, which is actually harder than you’d think. In World History we spent pretty much the entire time coloring this dang map took me like seriously two hours to finish. Lunch went okay, I actually had food today :P. In English we still have a sub, and a bunch of confusing subject-verb agreement worksheets to go with her. Physics we got this huge assignment, and I spent most of band attempting to finish homework.
My homework? Review math assignment, math project, spanish flip-book, History map, English worksheets, English “book practices” or whatever, this weird thing for Physics that’s gonna take me like an hour, and 5.2 questions. (I crossed out the ones I’ve managed to finish). It’s almost eleven. I’m going to be awake for quite a while.
Ah, high school. Just when it’s starting to grow on me, I’m reminded of all the crap that comes along with it.
